Calibration Technician

Well established calibration, testing and inspection service organization in Bartlett, TN area is seeking a Electronics Calibration Technician for a full-time position. The candidate will be responsible for the calibration of mechanical inspection, measuring and testing equipment in the field work at the customers’ location, as needed. Job Description The candidate will work with other technicians on the team or may work on projects by themselves. The candidate should be a self-starter and should possess good interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written communication skills and well as computer skills are a must. Candidates must travel on-site to calibrate a variety of inspection, measuring and testing equipment. Electronic Calibration Technician Job Description: Candidate will be required to travel on-site to calibrate a variety of test and measurement equipment. Responsibilities Calibration of electronic and mechanical measuring test equipment AC/DC Low Voltage (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, voltage calibrators etc.) RF Frequency measuring and Generating Devices (spectrum analyzers, frequency generators, FR counters) Temperature & Humidity devices (data loggers, hygrometer, environmental chambers, ovens) High Voltage Generating and Measuring equipment (Hipot tester, Meggers, Insulation testers) Basic knowledge of mechanical and physical dimensional calibrations #J-18808-Ljbffr Applied Technical Services (Georgia)
