Clinical Supervisor, Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) #238 #740 LifeWorks NW's (EASA) Early Assessment and Support Alliance provides individual/family support, education, advocacy, and treatment to persons aged 12 to 25 who are experiencing emerging symptoms of psychosis. The program also has a robust family component, including multi-family groups. EASA serves individuals who are publicly or privately insured or who have no insurance. The EASA teams works with young people and their families who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team. Provides clinical services as needed. Location : This position is based out of LifeWorks NW's Beaverton and Milwaukie International Way sites. Pay/Benefits: $71,217- $92,582 annual salary plus Full benefits. Salary Placement Notice: The posted salary range reflects the compensation potential for this role. Most candidates will be placed between the entry level and midpoint of the range, depending on their experience and qualifications. However, more seasoned professionals with extensive exact or similar experience may be considered for placement toward the higher end of the range. Final salary offers are made in alignment with internal compensation processes in accordance with Oregon Pay Equity laws.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides regular supervision to each clinician in the program. Provides support and attention to employee successes and addresses performance issues promptly and effectively. Coordinates hiring process including orientation and training for program. Monitors employee productivity, documentation and insurance authorizations. May provide crisis consultation and intervention for program area as needed. May provide training to community partners, agency staff and others. Provides direct service including facilitation of group and individual sessions, client evaluations and case management. Completes required program reports including those needed for supervisory responsibilities timely and accurately. May network with community providers and partners. May be required to travel between sites or in the community and/or transport clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a valid and active QMHP credential certification through MHACBO or a valid and active status (licensed or registered intern) with an approved Oregon licensing board. Clinical Supervisors in mental health programs must meet QMHP requirements and have completed two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting. May require access to car, valid driver's license, proof of current automobile insurance coverage and verification of safe driving record from DMV, ability to meet LWNW driving requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr LifeWorks NW
