This is a direct hire opportunity.Pay Range: $50,000 – $70,000 DOEHours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday) Additional hours as needed.Duties:Assist with managing a small office team, including administrative and sales personnel.Oversee daily operations, including leading meetings, setting goals, and managing the sales pipeline.Manage end-to-end sales processes, including cold calling, lead generation, and account qualifications.Schedule vendor and service appointments.Requirements:Minimum 2-5 years sales experience.Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.Exceptional customer service skills.High level of independence and ability to motivate teams.Preferred Qualifications:Sales experience within a production or manufacturing environment.Supervisory experience with a team of 5 or more employees.Mechanical maintenance experience or strong mechanical inclination.Click “Apply Now” to complete an application or to submit a resume!#betterworklife
