Be the first friendly voice our members hear through phone, email, and digital channels.

You'll:

• Answer questions and resolve concerns
• Assist with transactions and account maintenance
• Provide timely and accurate information
• Deliver service that leaves members feeling valued and appreciated

Help Members Reach Their Goals

You'll guide members through a variety of financial needs, including:

• Opening and maintaining accounts
• Processing transfers and payments
• Supporting ACH and wire transactions
• Assisting with deposit and lending services
• Helping members find solutions that fit their lives

Build Relationships That Matter

Great service is about more than answers.

You'll:

• Identify member needs
• Recommend products and services that provide value
• Create meaningful conversations
• Build lasting member loyalty and trust

Keep Things Running Smoothly

You'll:

• Maintain accurate records

• Participate in training and development opportunities
• Support the credit union's mission and values

What We're Looking For

You might be the perfect fit if you have:

• 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for helping people
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort learning new technology
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Bonus Points If You Have

• Banking or credit union experience
• Contact center experience
• Sales or relationship-building experience
