Overview
Physical Therapy Assistant, LTAC specialty in Siler City, North Carolina. Start date 08/26/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range $1,377 to $1,444 per week with guaranteed hours of 35 per week. Shift is 5x8 days (daytime, 08:00–16:30). Work in a long-term care rehabilitation setting designed for post-acute recovery.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor a prescribed physical therapy plan of care under supervision of a licensed PT.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, range of motion, and strengthening programs.
- Support functional activities of daily living and mobility, including transfers and use of assistive devices as appropriate.
- Document patient progress, goals, and any changes in the electronic medical record; communicate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and equipment safety during therapy sessions.

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure in NC.
- BLS certification (or as required by facility policy).
- Ability to work in a LTAC/long-term care rehabilitation setting.
- Travel assignment eligibility and willingness to commit to a 13-week temporary placement.
- 1 year of PTA experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.
