Do you enjoy helping others and want a job where the work you do truly matters? Comfort Keepers is looking for caring, dependable In-Home Caregivers to support seniors and adults in Chestertown, Worton, Rock Hall, Edesville, and surrounding Kent County areas .

Pay:

• $17.00–$19.00 per hour.
• $19.00 per hour for VA client assignments.

What You’ll Do:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one support to clients in the comfort of their homes. Your role may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if needed.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders in accordance with state guidelines.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition.
• Documenting care and communicating with the care team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Caregiving experience required at least 1 year.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and daily care needs.
