Our Team

• Led by Medical Director Dr. Christin Kohler with strong clinical standards and mentorship focus
• Experienced Hospital Manager provides operational support so doctors can focus on medicine
• 5 experienced DVMs in a collaborative, low-ego environment
• Dedicated leadership and support staff

Schedule

• No Sundays! Half days on Saturdays (with a rotating schedule)
• Extended weekday hours create strong, consistent caseload while allowing you to longer shifts and fewer days

Compensation

• ProSal compensation with eligibility-based production bonuses
• Starting base salary of $110,000-$150,000
• Compensation packages are created based on a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, clinical skills and interests.
