Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) nursing in a healthcare facility located in Hanford, California. The position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients on a Medical Surgical Floor, utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion. The RN will supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff, collaborate with healthcare teams, and participate in discharge planning to ensure quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); at least 0 years of experience; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per organizational policy
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient health data, analyzes assessment information, develops care plans, implements interventions, evaluates progress, and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide safe, healing, and humane care. Participates in discharge planning, delegates tasks appropriately, and performs other duties as assigned.
