Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting operations for client staffing needs. This role is ideal for an entry-level or early-career professional who learns quickly, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Corporate Recruiter will support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding activities, recruiting operations, and market research initiatives while working closely with leadership, hiring managers, and clients. This position offers strong growth potential for individuals interested in recruiting, staffing, HR operations, talent acquisition, and workforce analytics. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Recruiting & Candidate Management Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, internal databases, and direct outreach Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, availability, and compensation expectations Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely follow-up throughout the hiring process Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and clients Maintain positive candidate relationships and deliver a professional candidate experience Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Recruiting Operations & Administration Post job openings on internal and external recruiting platforms Draft and update job descriptions, recruiting materials, and candidate outreach messaging Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ATS platforms and internal recruiting trackers Track and maintain recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, submittals, interviews, offers, placements, and time-to-fill Assist with market research related to compensation trends, candidate availability, hiring demand, and competitor activity Analyze recruiting data and provide insights regarding sourcing effectiveness, candidate response trends, and hiring challenges Support leadership with recruiting reports, workforce trends, staffing analytics, and recruiting-related research projects Contribute to process improvement initiatives through operational feedback and data analysis Support recruitment events, job fairs, networking activities, and campus recruiting efforts Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes including:

Background checks Drug screenings Offer letters Employment documentation New hire reporting

Collaboration & Process Support Support intake discussions to clarify job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities Communicate recruiting updates and candidate status to leadership and hiring teams in a timely manner Assist with improving recruiting workflows, documentation standards, and operational processes Exercise sound judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and strong follow-through in daily operations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Qualifications Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales support, HR coordination, or related fields Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the day Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, internet research, and basic business software Ability to learn new systems, recruiting tools, and operational processes quickly Ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative team member Preferred Qualifications Technical recruiting or staffing industry experience Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, or sourcing tools Interest in recruiting analytics, market research, workforce trends, or business operations Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, ATS reporting tools, or data tracking systems is a plus Key Competencies Communication and interpersonal skills Time management and prioritization Sense of urgency and responsiveness Coachability and willingness to learn Accountability and follow-through Adaptability in changing environments Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret recruiting and market data Process improvement mindset Professionalism and confidentiality Positive attitude and team collaboration Pay Range

: $23/hr ~$26/hr Benefits
