Workday HCM Architect

I'm currently partnering with a growing consulting organization that is expanding its Workday practice and looking to add an experienced Workday HCM Solution Architect to the team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys owning solution design, leading architecture discussions, partnering directly with clients, and helping organizations maximize their Workday investment. What You'll Be Doing Leading Workday HCM architecture and solution design initiatives Guiding full-cycle implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects Advising clients on security, reporting, business processes, integrations, and overall Workday strategy Partnering directly with HR, IT, and business stakeholders Mentoring consultants and supporting delivery excellence Helping shape a growing Workday consulting practice What We're Looking For 7+ years of Workday HCM experience Strong experience across Core HCM and additional HCM modules Expertise in business processes, security, reporting, and calculated fields Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs) Ability to lead architecture discussions and solution design decisions Client-facing consulting or advisory experience Workday Partner, Consulting, or Client-Side Architecture experience strongly preferred Why Explore This Opportunity?
