Position Overview

We're looking for driven, customer-focused sales professionals who are passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and motivated to succeed. You'll guide customers through every step of the purchase process, build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business, and represent one of Southern California's most respected automotive dealerships.

Whether you're an experienced automotive sales professional or a high-performing salesperson looking to grow your career, Citrus Motors provides the training, leadership, and opportunity to maximize your success.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles by understanding their needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Present financing, protection products, and ownership options professionally and ethically.
• Follow up promptly with internet, phone, and showroom leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, manufacturer incentives, and promotional offers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery and beyond.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage future business.
• Work collaboratively with managers and teammates to achieve dealership sales goals.

 

 

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage, but not required.
