Responsibilities Maintain lawn areas through mowing and trimming using commercial style equipment Maintain shrubs and trees through trimming Assist maintenance team with landscape upkeep and renovations Assist maintenance on building upkeep and repairs Requirements High school diploma or the equivalent required Some familiarity with lawn equipment is preferred but not required - Training will be provided Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds, climb, bend, stand for long periods of time, operate mechanical equipment and work in extreme heat Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service Have the ability to work with minimal or no supervision Summary The YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee is committed to equity and inclusion by ensuring that all members of our community have the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
