Your Role:

Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to children and adults.
Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and create customized care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment options and health maintenance.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
Manage patient transitions across care settings (e.g., admissions, referrals).
Stay current with medical trends and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.

What You Bring:

Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse (APN)
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
Active and unrestricted NP license in New Jersey
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
A positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care

Salary Description

100,000 to 125,000
