We are a compassionate hospice company looking to add to our growing team!! We are looking for a Registered Nurse, preferably with hospice experience, that can provide loving care to patients facing a terminal illness. A qualified candidate would need to be able to commute to the following counties: Webster, Greene, Christian, Dallas, Douglas, Wright, Laclede, Lawrence, Polk, Stone, Taney & Barry ASK ABOUT OUR $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PART TIME AND $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PRN! Responsibilities Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care. Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians. Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to create individualized care plans for patients. Perform routine procedures (monitoring and documenting patients vital signs, educating family caregivers, adjust and administer patient’s medication, etc.). Supervise and train LPNs and/or nursing assistants when needed. Commute and make visits wherever the patient calls home, whether it be a private home, skilled nursing facility, or assisted living facility. Document all visits correctly in our charting program. Maintain a flexible schedule. Education Needed In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to always follow them. Must have an active RN license. CPR certified. iPad and technology understanding for charting, education, etc. Benefits Hourly rate plus mileage reimbursement. Paid sick time. Paid time off.
