### Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist

Job Description:


- Join our dynamic healthcare team where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives.

- Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing care for a diverse patient population in a normal outpatient setting.
- Gathering pertinent data from charts and collaborating with other caregivers.
- Independently assessing all assigned patient types and demonstrating the ability to recognize additional needs during evaluations.
- Interpreting results to formulate relevant, measurable, realistic, and attainable goals.
- Regularly reassessing patient progress per department and regulatory policies.
- Identifying appropriate equipment, discussing options with patients and their families.

- Requirements:
- Doctorate preferred, but a Bachelor's degree is required.
- Texas Physical Therapist License (or Compact) is a must.
- Current BLS certification (AHA only).

- Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

- Opportunity for a start date ASAP with potential for temp-to-perm.
