We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our OB/GYN and Infectious Disease practices. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and is passionate about improving both patient experience and practice efficiency. Position Overview The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative and operational functions across both practices. This individual will partner closely with physicians and staff to ensure smooth workflows, strong team performance, and excellent patient service. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of the OB/GYN and Infectious Disease practices Supervise, support, and develop administrative and clinical staff Ensure exceptional patient service and efficient scheduling and workflows Oversee billing processes and collaborate with third‑party payers Monitor and manage departmental budgets and financial performance Implement and reinforce practice and hospital policies and procedures Serve as a liaison between providers, staff, and hospital leadership Qualifications 3–5 years of healthcare supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of physician practice operations and budget management Experience with medical billing and third‑party payer systems Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills Why Join Us We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your health, financial well‑being, and work‑life balance: Low‑cost health insurance with no deductibles when using HMC services Dental and vision insurance Free disability and life insurance Free onsite parking Note: The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.
