IT Service Delivery Technician-- MEHDC5824455

We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Technician I to provide first-level technical support for internal users across hardware, software, network, and endpoint technologies. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, deploying IT equipment, maintaining asset inventories, and supporting day-to-day IT operations. The successful candidate will work closely with end users, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable technology services while contributing to ongoing IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for incidents, requests, problems, and project-related activities. Provide timely technical support to employees, contractors, and site visitors. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, peripheral, and connectivity issues. Document troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles within the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary. Hardware Deployment & Device Management Deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, multifunction devices, mobile devices, and VoIP phones. Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and related tools for endpoint provisioning and management. Perform software installations, updates, and system configurations. Ensure reliable connectivity and functionality of supported devices and equipment. User Administration & Security Create, modify, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights through Active Directory and Azure AD. Assist in maintaining compliance with IT security policies, privacy requirements, and regulatory standards. Support the resolution of basic security-related incidents and access issues. Participate in maintaining secure and compliant IT environments. Asset Management & Project Support Maintain accurate inventories of hardware, software, and peripheral assets. Ensure support and maintenance agreements are tracked and maintained for IT equipment. Assist with desktop, infrastructure, and application-related projects. Support equipment lifecycle management, including deployment, replacement, and retirement. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business teams on technology improvements and upgrades. Qualifications Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience. Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 applications. Working knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration. Basic understanding of Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, networking concepts, and endpoint management. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or related certifications are preferred.
