Join an established and well respected independent primary care practice that has proudly served the Arvada community for more than 20 years. We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with Occupational Health Level II accreditation to become part of our collaborative clinical team.
Our practice maintains an affiliation with PHP while preserving the flexibility, autonomy, and personalized approach of an independent practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced physician seeking excellent work-life balance, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive practice environment.
Position Highlights
- Part-time schedule (3-4 days per week)
- Established patient panel with a strong community reputation
- Average of 14 patients per day

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care
- Provide occupational medicine services consistent with Level II accreditation
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with two advanced practice providers and experienced clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active Colorado medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Occupational Health Level II accreditation required
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical practice experience
- Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
