Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift within an unspecified healthcare organization. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in the Labor and Delivery department, utilizing advanced skills and certifications to ensure optimal maternal and fetal outcomes during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of recent experience (within the last two years) in Labor and Delivery, preferably with high-risk obstetric care.
  • One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the past two years.
  • High-Risk Obstetrics (OB) experience is highly desirable.
