Campus IT Support Technician - Frontline Help Desk

Mitchell Community College in North Carolina is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to triage and escalate support requests, install and maintain end-user computing devices, printers, and campus audio/visual equipment, and provide courteous service to faculty, staff, and students.
