Physician or PhD - Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

About the Position The Department of Psychiatry at Penn State Health and the Penn State College of Medicine is seeking physician or PhD applicants for an open-rank faculty position within the Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. The level of faculty appointment and salary will be commensurate with experience and training. Candidates with appropriate qualifications may be considered for tenure track. The position will offer a mix of protected research time along with clinical opportunities linked to the candidate’s areas of expertise. The Department of Psychiatry is comprised of 65 faculty members with nearly half in the Child Division. The Division has a growing research portfolio supplemented by close collaborations with other neuroscience disciplines across several Penn State campuses including University Park. There are ample opportunities for teaching across our APA approved Psychology Internship, General Psychiatry Residency, Child Psychiatry Fellowship and other postdoctoral fellowships.
