Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Telemetry nursing required. License: Must hold an active nursing license. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required. Must-Have: Experience with high-risk cardiology patients. Familiarity with managing cardiac drips. Ability to perform sheath pulls. Competence in central line management. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. The role involves caring for high-risk cardiology patients. The nurse will manage patients on cardiac drips without titration. Sheath pulls and central line management are essential responsibilities. The nurse will work with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5-6. Every other weekend commitment is required. First-time travelers are accepted. Experience in BiPAP/CPAP management and interpretation of dysrhythmias is necessary. The role involves procedural sedation administration and monitoring. Wound care and care for various airway management devices are also responsibilities. Candidates must be open to floating within inpatient units to meet facility needs.
