Operations Manager

Responsible for the direction and control of the company’s daily operations for the branch Primary Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for managing Operation Supervisors, Coordinators and Dispatchers in all aspects of operations Responsible for communication with clients during assignments, preparation and distribution of updates and preparation, review and issuance of final reports Principal contact for the company’s customers Takes the lead in investigating customer complaints and non-conformances Responsible for ensuring that company policy is followed by all direct reports Expected to represent the company at industry functions, engage in marketing activities with existing and potential customers Work closely with Administrative staff or Branch Manager in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of all jobs Required Skills 5+ years experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry required Hands‑on experience of inspection and/or laboratory work strongly preferred Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred Excellent inter-personal and communication skills required Office Environment – Terminal/Facility Visits Probable – Work and After Work Social Events Possible Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr
