Activation Specialist

Engaging new customers remotely, the full-time Activation Specialist will become a subject matter expert on Absolute technology, delivering compelling product overviews and guiding clients through the activation process to foster long-term relationships. Key responsibilities Become an Absolute subject matter expert and deliver in-depth product demos to new customers Assist customers with deploying and configuring Absolute, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption Collaborate with sales, customer experience, and product teams to address customer needs and drive engagement Required qualifications Fluent in Portuguese with excellent spoken and written communication skills 2+ years of experience in a SaaS high-tech work environment Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent Knowledge of IT practices and endpoint security, including anti-virus and encryption Basic configuration skills for TCP/IP networks and operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
