What You’ll Be DoingAs our Hotel Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Managing the purchasing process for hotel supplies and materials.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information.
- Collaborating with team members to forecast inventory needs and avoid shortages.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
We’re searching for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to this role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field.
- Education: An associate’s degree is required.
