Additional Information

TransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver to support local operations based in Elk Grove Village, IL. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL B Driver Details

Schedule: Monday -Friday 7am-5pm
Pay: $25.00/hr OT after 40, $1.400 - $1,500 Estimated weekly pay
Route Type: Local, Home Daily, No Weekends!
Freight / Load Type: Food, restaurant supplies
Equipment: automatic & manual transmission box trucks
Handling: Heavy touch delivery of restaurant supplies and food items, loading and unloading of truck required. There will be warehouse training required to help familiarize yourself with the products.

CDL B Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: Class B
Experience: 1+ verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL B Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operated equipment on local routes
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role
