Senior Product Manager, Sales, Marketing & Business Solutions

Natera

Senior Product Manager role overseeing Natera's Sales and Marketing technology platform stack, primarily Salesforce. Responsible for roadmap strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery to ensure commercial teams have effective tools for demand generation, account management, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Sales and Marketing platforms centered on Salesforce
Convert business needs into requirements and prioritize by value, effort, and platform impact
Manage CRM and marketing automation integrations including lead lifecycle and attribution
Lead quarterly and annual planning with technical and cross-functional teams
Define KPIs for adoption, data quality, and delivery predictability to guide investment decisions

Requirements

Direct experience partnering with Sales and Marketing stakeholders on product roadmaps
Track record delivering enterprise sales or marketing technology solutions with measurable results
Expertise with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, or marketing automation systems
Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
Experience managing integration points between CRM and marketing automation platforms
Demonstrated skill in prioritization, planning, and cross-functional stakeholder management
