Campus Recruiter- Sourcer

Key Responsibilities: Source and identify top student and early-career talent. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for internship, co-op, and new graduate hiring programs. Conduct candidate outreach through personalized email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements and hiring need. Partner closely with campus recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and sourcing priorities. Core Competencies: 2-8+ years of experience of Campus Sourcing Experience working at a financial services firm The annual base salary range is $130,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
