Inventory & Deployment Specialist

We areseekinga detail-oriented and proactiveInventory & Deployment Specialistto oversee the intake, preparation, tracking, and deployment of equipment, including credit card terminals and POS systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency,accurateinventory management, and seamless equipment distribution while supporting continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage equipment intake, including cleaning, refurbishing, and testing devices to ensure quality and functionality. Build andmaintaincomprehensive equipment files and documentation. Download, configure, test, and deploy credit card terminals and POS systems. Maintain andutilizeinventory logs to ensureaccuratetracking of all equipment and supplies. Compile and generate regular inventory reports for management review. Conduct monthly and quarterly inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain and manage billing logs to support financial accuracy and reconciliation. Control andmonitorthe flow of equipment and supplies to prevent shortages or overstock. Provide regular reporting to management and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Facilitate and manage relationships with equipment vendors andlogisticspartners. Forecast future inventory requirements based on usage trends and business needs. Assistwith some in-person installations Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inventory management,logistics, equipment deployment, ora relatedfield. Experience configuring and deploying POS systems and/or credit card terminals preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiencyin inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excelrequired). Strong communicationskills and ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Card Network
