Desert Elite Electric & Construction, Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Certified Operator to join our growing team in Indio, CA. Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment and machinery in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on assigned equipment
• Execute construction and electrical project tasks as directed by site supervisors
• Maintain accurate daily logs of equipment usage, hours, and site activities
• Coordinate with crew members to ensure efficient and safe job site operations
• Adhere to all OSHA, state, and local safety guidelines on active job sites
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or site hazards promptly

Requirements:

• Valid operator certification required for the applicable equipment or trade
• Proven experience in construction, electrical, or heavy equipment operations
• Strong knowledge of job site safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or site plans
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments
