Maintenance Mechanic - PNC Bank

Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting property operations and ensuring optimal facility performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Location: Louisville, KY Pay Rate: $20/hr Job Description Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities. Assist senior mechanics with maintenance and repair efforts while independently completing defined tasks. Inspect and repair property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems to ensure compliance. Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Experience with hand tools and power tools. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS (Maximo). Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft., and work in adverse conditions including extreme temperatures.
