• Operating Room Access Flexible OR access based on surgical volume and case mix
• Practice Environment Solo practice with opportunity to grow the program Newly remodeled clinic space adjacent to the hospital Dedicated nurse and receptionist support Potential for APP support as practice expands Established referral pipeline from hospital-employed primary care network Close collaboration with surgery, hospitalist, and administrative leadership teams
• Clinical Scope Broad-based general urology including: Kidney stone management Bladder and kidney tumors Incontinence treatment Urinary infections Prostate care Opportunity to develop clinical interests aligned with community needs
