We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), where your expertise will be vital in ensuring safe, high-quality recovery for our patients. Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in computer systems, clinical software, and web-based applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to delegate and lead effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Cultural sensitivity and a patient-centered approach

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in a clinical specialty (e.g., CCRN)
• Experience in perioperative or critical care settings
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least 2 years of PACU or surgical recovery experience

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work the shift from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols, infection control practices, and healthcare regulations
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
