We are excited to announce a $7,000 Sign-On Bonus for this role.

Our organization is in search of a Full-time  Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Qualifications for PT Include:

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

• Valid Physical Therapy License in New York State

• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred, though we welcome applications from new graduates with relevant fieldwork experience

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Assess residents’ conditions and create tailored physical rehabilitation plans

• Alleviate residents’ pain through exercises, manual therapy, and stretching techniques

• Assist residents with their activities and track their progress

• Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants

• Ensure resident confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the facility

• Adhere to all federal, state, and local legal and professional standards

• Foster a collaborative environment among healthcare team members
