Experience within the mechanical insulation industry is highly preferred, particularly with expertise in firestopping and heat tracing services. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is considered a significant asset, supporting effective communication with clients, employees, and field personnel. Education A college degree is preferred; however, candidates with substantial industry experience, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a strong record of achievement will be given full consideration.
