Shipping Associate

We are seeking experienced shipping associates for a great opportunity in Katy, TX. The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, verifying, and coordinating outgoing shipments of industrial electrical equipment and components. This role ensures all materials are packaged, documented, and shipped accurately and on time to support customer delivery requirements and production schedules.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and package outgoing materials, components, and finished goods
• Verify shipments against work orders, packing slips, and bills of lading (BOLs)
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation for all shipments
• Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
• Move materials between staging, warehouse, and shipping areas
• Secure loads to prevent damage during transport
• Process shipments in ERP/WMS systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• Generate shipping documents including packing lists and BOLs
• Track shipments and update internal systems accordingly

Requirements:

2+ years shipping experience Experience with WMS/ERP software Experience with Forklifts and Pallet Jacks
