Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

Own month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and core accounting operations Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze variances, trends, and key financial results Manage deferred revenue and revenue recognition processes within NetSuite ARM Oversee multi-state sales and use tax compliance, filings, and state registrations Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy across accounting-related transactions Drive process improvements and support financial reporting needs across the organization

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 57 years of progressive accounting experience deferred revenue experience is required Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience NetSuite experience preferred, including exposure to ARM/revenue recognition processes
