Responsibilities

Assess the specific insurance needs of individuals and families to provide meaningful coverage options.

Present policy renewals and new coverage opportunities to existing clients.

Manage incoming inquiries and walk-in requests with a welcoming and helpful demeanor.

Document client interactions accurately within our internal database.

Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and carrier offerings.

Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless experience for every policyholder.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record of managing a client book and achieving sales goals.

Clear and professional verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.

Understanding of personal lines insurance products.

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
