About the Position

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 hours per week | 12-hour variable shifts (days and nights) | Rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Work 12-hour variable shifts covering both day and night rotations
• Float to additional regional facilities as needed
• Participate in on-call and call-back requirements, with a minimum call-back commitment of 2 hours
• Adhere to all facility infection control and health compliance policies, including masking requirements during flu season when applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• BLS certification through ARC or AHA
• ACLS certification
• TNCC certification
• PALS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Experience floating across multiple clinical settings or facilities
