Project Manager / Product Owner

Salary: $82,000 - 122,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role managing technical projects
• Ability to read and trace code or logic, such as Java and HTML, to understand functionality; coding is not required
• Familiarity with Oracle databases or environments sufficient to understand data structures and flows
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working directly with technical teams and translating between technical and non-technical audiences
• PMP certification preferred
• Scrum certification (CSPO, CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
• Application development background or hands-on experience in a software development environment preferred
• Experience with agile or Scrum methodologies in a product ownership capacity preferred

• Serve as Product Owner for assigned products or projects, managing scope, priorities, and backlogs
• Lead cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery
• Turn business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Trace and interpret application logic and data flows to understand system behavior, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with engineers
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives, as applicable
• Partner with development, QA, and business teams to align priorities and deliverables
