Senior Visual Designer

yTech Mahindra is seeking a Visual Designer to support a large-scale ERP transformation program for a global institutional client. The Visual Designer will create high-quality visual assets and communication materials that drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change management initiatives Key Responsibilities Design visual assets, graphics, infographics, and illustrations Develop branded presentations, executive decks, and communication materials Create digital content for websites, newsletters, social media, and internal campaigns Support website enhancements, banners, and content publishing Contribute to journey maps, service blueprints, and workshop materials Apply accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG 2.1) Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and offshore resources Manage multiple design projects and priorities simultaneously Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field 4+ years of professional experience in visual or graphic design Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Portfolio showcasing digital, print, and presentation design work Strong understanding of branding and visual identity systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting ERP, enterprise transformation, or change management programs Experience designing for intranets and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint) Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or basic web design (HTML/CSS) Experience working with blended onsite-offshore teams Experience supporting communications for global organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr Rconnect Consulting Inc
