Keep the Buffet Looking Its Best

The buffet is the heart of the Chuck-A-Rama experience, and our Line Crew makes sure it's always ready for our guests. As a Line Crew Team Member, you'll keep our buffet fresh, stocked, clean, and inviting throughout the day. You'll replenish food, maintain our salad bars, help guests at the carving station, and work closely with the kitchen team to make sure everyone's favorites are ready when they want them. This is an active, guest-facing role that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and being part of a team.

No experience? No problem. We'll teach you what you need to know.

What You'll Do

A typical shift may include:

• Keeping buffet lines stocked with fresh food throughout the meal
• Checking food levels and communicating with the kitchen about what needs to be prepared
• Keeping buffet stations clean, organized, and inviting
• Maintaining and replenishing our salad bars and toppings
• Serving guests at the carving station and helping them select their favorite meats
• Answering guest questions and helping them find items on the buffet
• Checking food for freshness, quality, and presentation
• Making sure serving utensils, plates, and other supplies are available
• Following proper food safety, sanitation, and temperature procedures
• Cleaning and resetting buffet areas throughout the shift
• Working with the kitchen and dining room teams to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Great Line Crew members pay attention to what's happening around them. They notice when something needs to be filled, cleaned, or refreshed—and take care of it before a guest has to ask. We're looking for someone who:

• Is at least 16 years old
• Is friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
• Is dependable and ready to work
• Enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment
• Pays attention to cleanliness and presentation
• Communicates well with guests and teammates
• Can work quickly while still paying attention to details
• Is willing to obtain a Food Handler Permit
• Understands the importance of food safety and sanitation
• Is comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
• Is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
• No previous restaurant experience is required. Bring a great attitude and willingness to learn, and we'll help with the rest.
