Red Team Security Specialist

To support cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time Red Team Security Specialist will execute authorized red team activities, conduct hands-on testing across various environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate security weaknesses in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Execute red team and adversary emulation activities to identify vulnerabilities in processes and technology Conduct reconnaissance and exploitation of identified weaknesses, including social engineering simulations Document findings and collaborate with senior team members to improve defensive controls and reporting Required qualifications 3-6 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, red teaming, or advanced penetration testing Strong understanding of attack lifecycle and experience with Windows, Active Directory, and identity attacks Practical experience using offensive security tools and scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash Ability to produce clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams Exposure to cloud security testing and familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework is a plus
