What You'll Be Doing

This role offers a strong mix of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement-focused projects:

• 50% Preventative Maintenance
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.
• 30% Troubleshooting & Repairs
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations efficiently.
• 20% Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Support equipment upgrades and reliability improvements.
  • Assist with projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment
• Work with 480V electrical systems and 3-phase motors
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
• Repair and maintain conveyors, production equipment, and facility systems
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete light facility maintenance as needed
• Accurately document maintenance work and repairs performed
• Independently prioritize and complete daily maintenance activities

Schedule

1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Hugo, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
