Job Requirements: Requirements

•Minimum 21 years of age.

•Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with hazmat, tanker preferred. Must be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.

•Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.

•Minimum 100,000 miles and/or 1 year CDL A driving experience required.

•Prior local route delivery experience highly preferred, including local, multiple-stop deliveries, drops, etc.

•Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses

•Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.

•Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

•Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.

•Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.

•Be able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds with no assistance.

Job Description: Responsibilities

•Route delivery, no touch freight.

•Drive CDL A day cabs with 53' trailers to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.

•Backing 53' dry vans into loading docks and/or trucking operation yards in tight spaces, operating landing gear, etc.

•Secure pallets in trailers using straps. Strap and unstrap at each delivery.

•Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections

•Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance.

•Provide excellent customer service.

•Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.

•Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.Wage Range: $70000 per year - $100000 per year Annually USD
