A fast-paced Sports Medicine Clinic in Fort Collins is looking for an ambitious, upbeat medical receptionist with experience. Position Type: Full Time | 34–40 hours/week Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 5:30pm Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hour Benefits: Paid time off, Retirement plan Primary Job Duties Serve as the first point of contact, delivering the highest level of patient care Listen to and address patient concerns and needs Answer telephone calls using a multi-line phone system Schedule patient appointments via electronic medical software Communicate with patients in person, by phone, email, and fax Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out Explain treatment plan costs to patients Collect payments (cash pay office) Perform other clerical duties as requested Requirements Experience with sports, sport performance and/or sport related injuries Prior sales or customer service experience (required) Excellent communication skills — both phone and in-person Strong understanding of delivering exceptional customer service Prior experience with electronic scheduling software strongly recommended Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Strong multitasking and time-management skills Problem-solving ability and team-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records a plus Experience Customer service: 1 year (Required) Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Job Details Job Type: Full-time, In-person Medical Specialty: Sports Medicine Work Location: Fort Collins, CO #J-18808-Ljbffr Hecker
