Freedom Pointe at the Villages now offers DailyPay - a program that allows employees to access their earned income on-demand, as it's earned.Benefits for Full and Part time staff, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more!Charter School EligibleHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.Clean and wash vehicle.May perform housekeeping functions as directed.Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
