Environmental Service Delivery Group Lead

Environmental Service Delivery Group Lead Location: US-MI-Livonia Essential Functions & Responsibilities As the Service Delivery Group Lead you will assist the Service Delivery Supervisor in guiding team members and overseeing daily operations of waste services across the facility to ensure the safe and timely completion of work that supports our customers. Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices at all times. Provide guidance to facility employees to ensure operational goals are met efficiently, including shipping and receiving activities. Train new employees in company and department procedures. Ensure all employees work safely with all prescribed safety equipment required by regulations and company policies. Interface with other departments and functions to ensure smooth completion of projects and appropriate task transitions. Adhere to and enforce facility compliance with OSHA, RCRA hazardous waste, and DOT hazardous materials requirements. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Monitor assigned area equipment to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness of operations and maintenance, and make recommendations as appropriate. Manage the quality control and assurance of inbound and outbound materials as necessary. Operate a forklift around the facility as needed. Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization. Education High‑school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience 5+ years of experience within a warehouse and environmental services environment (required). Previous environmental, health and safety experience (required).
