• Credentialing: Approx. 90 days; Indiana license required up?front

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Emergency Medicine)
• Certifications: ATLS, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross only)
• Licensure: Active Indiana license required (no IMLC)
