Personal Bankers are enthusiastic/self-motivated individuals with proven success at delivering solutions that help our clients achieve financial freedom and peace of mind. Personal Bankers achieve this vision by building professional relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs, to deliver valuable products and services to meet those needs and to complete the account opening process accurately. Successful Personal Bankers are enthusiastic about delivering an excellent client experience; understanding and promoting bank products and services to individuals and companies; conducting accurate banking transactions in a fast-paced environment and working with a team to achieve individual and group goals.
Responsibilities include providing "fast, easy, and personal" client service, promoting banking products and services, achieving sales goals, developing business relationships, opening accounts, demonstrating digital expertise, referring products to business partners, educating clients, conducting operational tasks with regulatory compliance, protecting client information, implementing banking center operations, maintaining compliance with regulations, understanding company mission, completing monthly training, and working during regular business hours.
Compensation and benefits include a minimum hourly rate, potential for incentive compensation, and a benefits package for full-time associates.
Skills required include strong communication, attention to detail, organizational abilities, sales skills, basic math, proficiency in office skills, and the ability to obtain NMLS and state notary licenses.
Education and experience preferred include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous banking experience, client service experience, sales experience, cash handling experience, and NMLS licensing.
Physical requirements involve standing most of the workday, moving about the workspace, using office equipment, deciphering computer screens or written documents, expressing or exchanging ideas, receiving and understanding detailed information, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
